中国英语教学. Working for Linguaphone

While I lived in China, for the first time in my life I was on my own and needed to support myself. I worked teaching English for a company called Linguaphone.

I traveled for several months through Europe. I started south In Athens, Greece and worked my way up by train until I flew home from London, England.

Traveling through Europe taught me a lot about getting around by myself in foreign countries. I would say China taught me a lot about communication and living abroad.

It was really great to have my family visit me in China. I was so glad they could experience it just like me, even if they were only there for a week.

My mother works for the state of Connecticut where she works in courthouses and government functions using sign language to interperet for people with hearing disabilities.
